Job Description
- Work with the business to build dialer services and provide dialer coverage.
- Administer daily operations of the system, which include, but are not limited to: monitoring and analysing inbound queues as well as outbound campaigns.
- Generate and distribute dialler reports.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and serve as technical liaison between the IT department and Sales.
- Maintain daily checklists to ensure all processes are completed effectively and efficiently.
- System maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness, including Contact Rate and conversion
- Provide ad hoc performance analysis and recommendations as requested by Sales Management.
- Set up new campaigns as required by the business.
- Maintain up to date Skills Based Routing Rules.
