Work with the business to build dialer services and provide dialer coverage.
Administer daily operations of the system, which include, but are not limited to: monitoring and analysing inbound queues as well as outbound campaigns.
Generate and distribute dialler reports.
Troubleshoot technical issues and serve as technical liaison between the IT department and Sales.
Maintain daily checklists to ensure all processes are completed effectively and efficiently.
System maintenance and troubleshooting.
Monitor campaign effectiveness, including Contact Rate and conversion
Provide ad hoc performance analysis and recommendations as requested by Sales Management.
