• Work with the business to build dialer services and provide dialer coverage.
• Administer daily operations of the system, which include, but are not limited to: monitoring and analysing inbound queues as well as outbound campaigns.
• Generate and distribute dialler reports.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and serve as technical liaison between the IT department and Sales.
• Maintain daily checklists to ensure all processes are completed effectively and efficiently.
• System maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness, including Contact Rate and conversion
• Provide ad hoc performance analysis and recommendations as requested by Sales Management.
• Set up new campaigns as required by the business.
• Maintain up to date Skills Based Routing Rules.
