Job Description
· Working closely with departments and line managers to provide facilitation on HR procedures and operations
· Assist projects teams to adhere all quality standards during the project implementation and provide required support
· Assisting in recruitment and selection activities, development and implementation of HR policies.
· Performance management, compensation management, capacity development, Records Management etc
. Establishes phase wise work plan and staffing for each phase of project, and arranges for recruitment or assignment of project personnel.
