. Supervision of the existing and new indoor and outdoor sites for client
· Management of reporting field staff team comprise of electrician, technicians and drivers
· Efficient deployment of resources and managing 24/7 operations
· Roster/shift management for team
· Keeping the records maintaining daily activity reports
· Analysis on daily reports and extraction of beneficial data to be submitted to the Manager operations
· Technical guidance to the team and operations/support level engagement with Client at client premises
· Complain management on site and remotely
· Vendor management
· Stock/ Warranty/ Backup management

. Sound knowledge of Surveillance system comprise of
· CCTV analogue and IP camera
· Camera Controller
· Server room management
· Camera controller
· Structured cabling
· Optical fiber
· Command and control center operations
· Proactive approach in operations and support
· ICT background would be an edge
· Self-motivated individual with decision making ability
· Responsible with good work ethics
· Effective communication skills and confident to engage with Senior level at client end
· Good hands on experience on MS Office
· Must possess BS/BE degree in Telecom/Computer/Electronic
