Job Description

We are looking for Internal Auditor (QMS) for our manufacturing industry client based in Lahore.

Graduate with 2-3 years experience in Quality Management System department.

Job Specification

To monitor proper implementation of Quality Management System.
To monitor production process and watch at all levels for proper follow up of laid down Standard Operating Procedures, Process Sheets, Work Instructions and Flow Charts.
To check availability of Travel Cards at all stations for proper identification and trace ability.
To monitor the annual inspection of stock levels (Raw Materials &Finished Products).
To check completion of Factory Orders and Work Orders exactly as per laid down instructions in the orders.
To monitor proper implementation of preventive maintenance schedule.
To monitor use of only calibrated and Tested Equipment at all levels. To notify mistakes to Section In charges when any discrepancy is observed by making Audit Challan.
To make every month reports & graphs of In process Rejection, Re-work & Repair Reports, Non-conforming, Bridge Rejections and Performance of the Processes for data analysis purpose.
To monitor dispatches to client as per laid down Instructions in the Production Orders.
To execute Scheduled Audits for preparation of Audit Reports.
To monitor proper placing of Quality Record in Record Room for an easy trace ability while annual surveillance audit.
To handle ISO-related correspondence from Head office to Factory and vice versa and follow up via email.
To maintain Training Records of Employees besides, conducting Tests for evaluation after probation period.
To prepare Minutes of Coordination Meeting & Management Review Committee Meeting (Quality Council).
To maintain Lists of Calibrated Equipment & Asset Index.
To raise Infrastructural Facility Requests when needed in any department and also maintain register.
To check printing of the printed documents at the time of receiving its lot, besides, sending printing parameters to the purchase dept. through store dept.
