Job Description
- Assist in day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
- To assist in time management activities
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- To assist in documentation and reports related to personnel activities (staffing, payroll & time management)
- To assist in HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.)
- Recruitment and Interview setup
- To assist in handling complaints and grievance procedures
Job Specification
Fluent in English
Must be good with MS Office (Word, Excel)
Recruitment Experience will be a plus
Banking Sector back ground / Education Management Background is highly desirable.
A Bachelors degree in Human Resource from a reputable Institution.
