Mavericks Solutions is looking for dedicated HR Executive who will take different initiatives and strategies to find talented pool of candidates.
·Recruitment & Selection- Maintenance of CVs record, interviews at spot of candidates.
·Short listing, conduct interviews and coordinate with candidates
·Coordinate interviews with Clients
·Finding new customer and building relationship with them.
·HR policies and procedures.
·Data entry/ keeping the records up-to-date on daily basis.
·Monitor all commercial and operational staff related matters.
·Meet the dead lines
·Generation of various reports. Preparation of weekly and monthly reports.
- Candidates must be Graduate and Management/HR Specialization would be ideal.
- Soft Spoken, Multitasking and conflict Management.
- Strong interpersonal Skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Good English Speaking
