Job Description
We are looking for an HR / Fresher to handle a variety of personnel related administrative duties. HR responsibilities include advertising job postings, shortlist and call for the interview and again shortlist candidates. Managing and maintaining all employee data, employee contracts, salary and perks management, salary dispatch, and administrative skill to take the organisation to the next level.
Requirement:
- Experience in basic level or mid level Identify that candidates who may already be in soft skill professional / related work for at least 3 months.
- Microsoft Office Skills, Verbal Communication Scheduling candidates for the interview.
- Maintaining Employee Files Administrative Writing Skills Teamwork, Supply Management.
- Self motivated, aggressive Good interpersonal skills
