We need an accounts Officer for our Office located in Cavalry Ground Lahore Cantt.
Job description;
• To maintain the ledgers of customers and venders.
• Daily posting of cheq/cash received against invoices.
• Dealing/ Correspondence with bank regarding banking transactions, Bank payment contract etc.
• Correspondence with customers/vendors on phone and email.
• Petty cash management.
• Record keeping.
• Looking after Islamabad & Karachi Branch daily basis.
• Financial reporting as per required by MD.
Qualification:
B.com(Hons.)/ IT, M.Com
Specification:
• Min of 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role with ability to develop Good time management and problem solving skills.
• Good written and oral communication skills in English.
• Good competence in Microsoft Office applications, IT, friendly and courteous ‘can do’ attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality highly effective organizational skills with ability to work to deadlines and manage priorities
