Iris & Morpheus Pvt Ltd - a digital marketing agency is seeking a Social Media Account Executive who is an experienced sales executive with a successful track record of meeting companies’ objectives.
The account executive is primarily responsible for providing innovative, results-oriented, cost-effective service to a diverse client base by managing the available resources and effectively delegating work to staff and independent contractors.
- Be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships
- Manages, tracks and supervises client accounts and client projects
- Be proactive with clients to address any issues of dissatisfaction
- Manages and reviews key client deliverables (i.e. messaging, branding, executive coaching, communications/marketing plans, strategy documents)
- Prepare and schedule social media content across all the social platforms
- Manage online community and prepare reports daily, weekly and monthly
- Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces
- Manage the account's budget and invoicing the client
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation
