- Responsible for generating of leads by prospecting, submitting the proposal to Corporate clients and closing the deal. - Responsible for providing client service including after sales service, follow up visits and resolving issues of corporate clients. - Manage and retain current accounts by maintaining a close relationship with clients. - Manage corporate customers’ database and keep the same updated. - Provide management with periodical reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. - Identify objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and sales targets. - Organize and administer all documentation (proposals) related to corporate memberships and deliver prompt, efficient and customized service to clients.
