· Lead a team of head office technicians in installation of Air Conditioners at factory as well as for most critical customer complaints.
· Planning, execution and monitoring for preventive maintenance of factory Air Conditioners during & before season.
· Handling all technical issues related to customer services at head office, suggesting and following up the improvements in product and process in the light of customer feedback and complaints.
· Assist Head CSD in final product / features testing and comparison with competitor brands.
· Assist in designing the technical training sessions for CSD countrywide network.
· Resolve most critical problems.
· Monitor performance of projects on day-to-day basis for on time completion of institutional projects.
· To re-check and make the final reports of compressors send by all service centers.
Ability to solve the most critical problems.
· Ability to calculate heating/cooling load to get required tonnage.
