Job Description
Job incumbent will be Trainee Engineer for first six months, following which they may be offered a contractual position. Contractual employees have a chance of becoming permanent later on if they perform well.
The following describes the basic Job Requirements:
1. Providing IT Hardware Support Services to client
2. Hardware and software troubleshooting
3. Responding to client queries promptly as and when required
Job Specification
1. EXCELLENT English communication and presentation skills
2. Bachelor's degree preferred
3. Upto 2 years of work experience preferred; fresh graduates can also apply
3. Positive attitude and proactive approach
4. Must be able to establish good working relationship with client
