PHP/Wordpress Team Leads

Wali Systems, Inc is a multinational company having offices in North America and Pakistan. We pay excellent salary and performance based bonuses. We urgently need technical Team Leads who have solid programming experience using latest tools and technologies. We expect you to have experience in building enterprise level PHP and WordPress web sites and applications. You should have passion and desire to lead. You will required to manage a team of developers. You should be able to train junior developers as and when needed. Your job responsibilities include the following:

1. Communication with clients in America
2. Gathering requirements, writing requirements and functional specs
3. Converting requirements into tasks and assigning tasks to team members
4. Helping team with technical issues, providing guidance and support
5. Making sure that milestones are achieved in a timely manner
6. You should know how to take responsibililty
7. Should have desire to give exceptional performance
8. Most importantly, you should be passionate about the work you do
9. You should be a team player
10. Should have a professional attitude!

- PHP programming
- MVC frameworks (CodeIgnitor, Zend, Laravel, Yii, Smarty, etc)
- WordPress Development experience (Building professional themes, plugins, designs, etc)
- Excellent object oriented programming knowledge
- Knowledge and experience of using latest tools and technologies (node.js, angularjs, jquery, etc) will be a huge plus
