Call Experts is in the business for the last 2 years providing 24/7 Customer Support services to its offshore client. For our in-bound and out-bound Call Center Department, we are currently looking for young, energetic and result oriented professionals.Ideal candidates will be short-listed for training on how to receive calls on behalf of the client, order placement, answering the queries and solving the complaints with the given guidelines and on the out bound project for lead generation.Main duties:- Time management - Biding & Pricing- Handling Passengers - Handling Drivers - Handling Contractors- Flight Tracking- Tracking Drivers- Dispatching Jobs- Complaint Handling
