Primary responsibilities will include:
Take care of guests and manage the Front-office and reception area.
Handle all incoming telephone calls.
Handle guests that arrive at the Head-office and usher them into meetings.
Co-ordinate scheduling and bookings of meetings at the meeting rooms.
Also assist in executing some administrative duties as and when required.
Good communication skills required.
