Job Description

Ecommerce Managers oversee a company’s online sales. They are responsible for the image of the company and generating sales through the internet. They oversee a team of web and software developers who contribute to the look and systems of the website

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  1. Run the E-Commerce unit successfully
  2. Oversee a team of designers and marketers
  3. Responsible for all online activities
  4. Develop affiliate marketing programs
  5. Create and maintain an online business plan
  6. Staying up to date on software or data trends
  7. Keep current knowledge of online trends
  8. Updating website for new mobile or computer systems to appeal to current and future customers
  9. Provide analytic reports of online sales
  10. Must have operational experience.
  11. Work on E-commerce trends.
  12. Develop vendors, negotiate prices, relationship building with prospect clients.
  13. Can work on 4 factors of Marketing.
  • a. Digital Marketing (Social Media, Targeted Emails, SEO, Google).

b. Conventional Media Marketing.

c. Development of Marketing Material & Content.

d. Vender Development & Management.

14) Sharing ideas and their implementation.

Job Specification

  1. Must be Tech Savvy.
  2. Should have operational skills.
  3. Highly collaborative leadership style with the ability to respond quickly and effectively to ever-changing situations. Must possess the ability to coach, mentor and lead a diverse staff to deliver best in class services to our clients.
  4. Broad functional experience in areas of strategic planning and marketing, business and market development, market research and planning and promotions/advertising.
  5. Experience building strategic marketing programs/concepts, and selling the strategic programs at the Executive level.
  6. Experience creating and implementing brand awareness and communications programs and driving business using direct and channel-oriented selling models.
  7. Exhibit strong business acumen, skills and maturity and the ability to work effectively with others even under stressful deadlines situations.
  8. Highly developed organizational and planning skills, time management skills and written/oral communications skills.
  9. Ability to think critically and draw from several resources (and interact with all levels of staff) to create unified and persuasive marketing collateral materials.
  10. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint a must.
