Job Description

RepairDesk (Pvt.) Ltd. requires a dedicated Customer Success Executive for corresponding with users after sales, handling their queries, scheduling and providing demos of the software, assisting in hardware configuration and enriching customer experience.

Location: Lahore

Salary: PKR 30,000 to 50,000/- (Depends on Experience)

Experience: +1 Years

Job Roles:

  • Providing live/online demos and presentation of the software to the customers
  • Schedule demos, facilitate customer experience and introduction of the product
  • Build an active engagement with new as well as existing customers
  • Improve customer experience, assisting them in hardware and settings configuration
  • Redirecting them to valuable user manual documents
  • Identify and assist in setting up software and reporting issues faced by the customer

Job Specification

Requirements:

  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Prior experience in POS and ERP software will be given priority
  • Great marketing and selling skills with a strong command of IT knowledge
  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in business management, marketing or IT
  • An enthusiastic, team player with the drive to learn, excel and helping others
