Job Description

  • To facilitate tax Payers on help desk counters.
  • Provision of assistance and support in technical issues faced by the Importers / Exporters / Clearing agents etc. for facilitation and resolution of any of their related concerns / issues.
  • Take part in the streamlined implementation / roll out of WeBoc System and, till its 100% implementation all across the country, smooth operations of One-Customs System.
  • Obtaining necessary information from tax payers for Business Analysis.
  • Prepared IT-5 for payment tax and data entry of IT-5 in systems
  • Work towards the achievement of goals/targets set by the PRAL management.
  • Any other duty assigned by the management.

Job Specification

  • On line Data Entry
  • Good computer knowledge including usage of Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
  • Tax Payer Facilitationthrough help desk counters.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks; proven self-initiative and problem solving abilities.
