The role requires coordination in between disfferent Bahria Healthcare projects. He/She will be incontact with all departments of hospital and solve the queries.
Employee must be proficient in MS Office (MSWord, MSExcel, MSPowerPoint).
Employee will be responsible for upfront checking of login files & need to ensure that file contains docs.
Act as coordinator for seamless flow of transactions which involves cross functional interactions.
Support on-location and off-location team in disbursement queries, documentation process etc.
The person will be responsible for doing coordination and making reports both.
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Advanced Excel,formula.
Knowledge of Pivot.
Good Communication Skill.
Ability to generate good quality reports.
Analytical ability to understand data and various possibilities of interpretation of the same.
Managing weekly / monthly MIS Database.
Represent data for Higher Management.
Managing all MIS activity of the process.
Coordinate with process managers for data collation and reporting.
Build and maintain defined reports.
