We are looking for a responsible Assistant Manager Marketing to develop & implement the marketing strategy for the company and the purpose of the job is to increase ‘ROI’. Our ideal candidate will be a senior person with 3 years of experience in TTL & BTL related marketing activities (preferably in IT/Telecom industry). Preference will be given to the person who have completed any certification in marketing.

Job responsibilities:

· Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives with the objective of increasing ROI

· Co-coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities

· Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans

· Planning and implementing promotional campaigns

· Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results

· Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity

· Preparing online and print marketing campaigns

· Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications

· Creating a wide range of different marketing materials

· Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives

· Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing

· 360 degrees marketing campaigns (TTL+BTL+OOH+On-line+Social media +On-ground Activations etc.)

· Managing all marketing activities including Event Management, Participation in Exhibitions, Telemarketing, Email Marketing, etc.

· BTL & TTL Marketing

· Adobe Photoshop

· On ground Marketing
