Must be versatile in using Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
Preparing monthly salaries and collection list in Excel
Responsible for depositing and withdrawing funds from bank, as required
Liaison with banks to solve banking issues, as needed
Perform all tasks associated with front office Administration: filing, handling applicants and their issues, answering office phone, petty cash handling and reconciliation, and other necessary office functions for smooth operations
