Telesales Officer

Responsibilities:
· Contact clients outbound and complete loan applications
· Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service.
· Describe products and services
· Respond to questions
· Identify and overcome objections
· Take the customer through the sales process
· Obtain customer information
· Obtain possible customer leads
· Maintain customer/potential customer data bases
· Follow up on initial contacts
· Complete records of telephonic interactions, orders and accounts

Job Purpose: To make outbound calls as an Loan Advisor to complete loan applications and upsell in-house products.

Must be available from Monday to Thursday 1pm to 10:30pm, Friday 2pm 10:30pm
Must have excellent communications.
Basic Know How of Computer.

Must be fluent in English
