Job Description

RepairDesk (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, visionary and dedicated Project Manager with an experience of 3-5 years in the Retail and IT industry and at least 2 years of experience in management and as a team lead. The candidate will be supporting a cloud based POS system for the wireless repair industry. The candidate must have sound technical knowledge, exceptional organizational skills and a warm personality.

Job Responsibilities

  • Set objectives and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) with result oriented approach
  • Identify emerging technological trends and evaluate appropriate platforms
  • Direct and lead sales and development teams
  • Organize team structure and coordinate development activities
  • Streamline operational activities and tweak them to be more efficient and effective
  • Establish Quality Assurance process, integrations and system testing procedures
  • Implement Software Development Lifecycle and supervise deployment processes
  • Enhance sales process and dramatically improve customer service & technical support
  • Plan and devise strategies for business development and growth

Job Specification

Requirements:

  • Enthusiastic, committed and a visionary person with strong leadership skills
  • Minimum education should be Bachelors in Computer Sciences/ Business Administration
  • Candidates with MS/ M.Phil. in Project Management or a Project Management Certification from a reputable institute will be preferred.
  • Candidate should have experience of 3-5 years in IT/ Retail industry with minimum 2 year experience in a managerial position and leading teams
  • Original and out-of-the box thinking with exceptional analytical and decision making skills
  • Outstanding organizational and managerial skills. Exceptionally good team player.
  • Familiar with development tools, platforms and methodologies such as HTML5, CSS3 (Bootstrap), Angular JS, JSON Data Exchange, AJAX, PHP and JQuerry
  • Experience in mobiles apps (iOS/ Android), CRM, SaaS and Retail POS systems
  • Skilled in Project Management tools such as MS Project, Asana, Harvest etc.
  • Warm personality with the ability to motivate and groom teams
