Job Description:
- Established recruitment strategies for current positions, Include job posting, job board
- Fulfilling staffing needs is essential to keep departments growing at the same pace as company.
- Job analysis, position description, interview process, marketing materials/job postings, candidate selection, compensation analysis, and offer.
- Manage recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, & offers.
- Counsel the candidate on Company provided benefits, salary, and corporate environment.
- Provided recruitment counsel and guidance to subordinate with hiring and employment data.
- Prepare and circulate Monthly Hiring Report to all concern.
- Prepared TNA form and circulate to line manager, follow-up, ensure all employees of Company have participated in TNA activities.
- Develop training calendar for whole year of in-house & external trainings.
- Maintain record of trainings and ensure all employees get their required trainings.
- Revive all OD activities such as celebrating special days, arranging events for special causes.
- Prepared & updated all job descriptions & Org Chart of all departments.
- Developed Skill Matrix for technical staffs with coordination with line managers.
- Conducted employee retention activities such as focus group sessions, HR Dialogues, Exit interview compilation etc.
