Description:
Business Bridge BPO is seeking result-oriented and experienced candidates for the position of Customer Services Executive, who can work under pressure independently and within team to exceed the goals and objectives of the company. This is purely a target-oriented job and only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
Responsibilities:
Promoting company’s services and products via cold calling.
Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
Proactively communicate with customers to adjust their needs & requirements.
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in B2B process on an outbound Campaign
- Merchant processing industry experience is an asset
- Excellent English communication skills
- Clear pronunciation and speaks with articulation - Driven, motivated and target-oriented
