Relationship Officer is responsible for managing the day to day activities of department by proper follow-up from all channels to ensure the timely completion of tasks at hand. They are responsible to respond to the basic queries by agents and correspondents and to provide them the company knowledge and orientation.

Process new agent applications and their initial requirement that is essential to apply for registration on FCA and assist the agent in the whole process of registration. Follow up with the existing correspondents, agents and country managers on regular basis to ensure healthy business relations.
