: As the project manager, your job is to plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the specific project you are working on. Project managers may work closely with upper management to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, as well as other departments for support.

Designing and applying appropriate project management standards for incorporation.

Managing the production of the required deliverables.

Planning and monitoring the project

Preparing and maintaining project, stage and exception plans as required.

Managing project risks, including the development of contingency plans

Identifying and obtaining support and advice required for the management, planning and control of the project

Managing project administration

He should have some work experience on Optical Fiber.

Should have good communication skills with the lower staff

Working with the lower staff while sitting in office

Should have skills to hire or fire the labor depending upon the site requirement.

Preparing any follow-on action recommendations

Experienced profile

Must have experiences on some Telecom related projects

Must be able to arrange labours
