The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Marketing the company's products and generate sales leads.
Generating and interacting with clients for sale of InHouse inventory or client based requirements.
Using different marketing techniques such as Newspapers, Marketing Portals and Social Media for generation of sales leads.
Generating, interacting and mediating between two parties for sale of properties as a broker.
Responsible for planning and strategizing Sales Plan for allocated territory on monthly basis.
Responsible for preparing proposals for customers based on their needs and approaches with the help of Team Manager.
Responsible for negotiations with clients and assisting/participating in the negotiations process.
Responsible for creating and building client relationships.
Responsible for attending various events organized or participated by the company.
Provide timely feedback to the Team Manager regarding activities and meetings done with clients.
Increasing new clients as well as keeping good relationship with existing clients.
Personal Conveyance is must for this position.
The succussfull candidate should be well versed with the use of MS OFFICE, And should know how to move around in the social media.
EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS is a must REQUIRED thing in the succesfull candidate.
