Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Manage the AX document minutes / actions
Provide On Job Training to Resources.
MS RMS data syncing, data entry and monitoring related to PO, Transfers, Sales Promotions, Material Master, Inventory controlling, Pricing, Cash / Sales reconciliation and resolution of support related issues.
Provide ad hoc reporting requirements for the business as required
Preparation of routine reports including but not limited to Incentives, Sales and Customer Visit reports
Build trust and confidence that the ERP (AX) systems are truly supporting the business
Hardware, LAN/WAN & structured cabling
Maintenance and Troubleshooting of network and related devices
Managing DNS, DHCP server, ISA Server, Email & File servers.
Configuring Windows Servers, Domain networks, W LANs, Firewalls, Cisco devices, VPN and Desktop support
