Human Resource Executive will be responsible for following
Complete Recruitment Cycle
Interviewing and induction of candidates
Conduct Training as per training plan
Effective coordination and communication with Managers
Effective implementation of Company policies and procedures
Implementation of Health benefits
Conducting Annual appraisal and monthly performance reviews
Timely Updation of Employees Database including staff details, attendance and overtime
Documentation & Updating Personnel files
Payroll Management
