Front End Web Developer / Wordpress Developer

We are looking for a Front-end Developer who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming. Responsibilities will include implementing visual elements and their behaviors with user interactions. You will be working in a collaborative environment, which is diverse and open-minded.

The successful candidate will demonstrate best practice wordpress, front-end development, including usability, JavaScript, SEO, calls to action and delighting the user while maintaining security, cross-platform/browser compliance, accessibility, and scalability and performance standards.

Strong understanding of JavaScript, its quirks, and workarounds

Familiarity with any of the programming languages such as PHP

Good understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3

Good understanding of {Depending on the specific case, a developer should have the knowledge of advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks such as AngularJS, KnockoutJS, BackboneJS, ReactJS, DurandalJS etc.}

Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX

Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around such issues

Familiarity with JavaScript module loaders, such as Require.js and AMD

Familiarity with front-end build tools

Good understanding of browser rendering behavior and performance

Good hand on experience with wordpress and other famous CMS
