Responsible for outlining product features requirements and customer delivery
Designing Technical Deployment plan and its execution for Afiniti
Liaising with other product vendors for integration
Facilitating all engineering and other deployment functions in the organization.
Responsible to work with telephony platforms vendors (Avaya, Genesys, Cisco etc.) to acquire Afiniti product certification
Handling Telephony Environment Lab setup and its maintenance, to test client’s environment
Facilitating User Acceptance Testing for Afiniti implementation
Completing Product integration documentation
Explaining Afiniti product & Telephony platforms trainings to Client and other internal users
Conducting Afiniti product integration workshops
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science/Technology/ Management Information Systems; Master’s degree is ideal.
Minimum 2-5 years of experience with working with Telephony Platforms (Avaya / Genesys / Cisco), having certification in any of these would be highly preferred.
Proficiency in C++ and/or .NET and/or SQL programming, relational databases and multi-tiered/web-based software development
Demonstrated ability to adopt new technologies swiftly and recommend appropriate technologies for real-time business opportunities.
Background in multi-process programming using .NET Remoting or WCF or similar technology a plus
Engineers with telephony experience highly preferred
