Job Description

  1. Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.
  2. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process orders, forms and applications.
  3. To take responsibility for being the first point of contact for all callers and ensuring that a high quality of service is delivered at all times.
  4. To ensure that all calls are dealt promptly and in line with agreed standards and targets.
  5. To establish, develop and maintain effective working relationships with all work colleagues to ensure a ‘one team approach’ to the delivery of the company’s performance standards and the business objectives.
