• Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications;
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks;
• Configure and Troubleshoot IP phone,
• Manage and Trouble shoot Windows Server and client
• Maintain and troubleshoot IP cameras and NVR, DBR
• Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults;
• Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports;
• Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues;
• Configure and deploy new and refurbished workstations, laptops and peripheral equipment.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair, update and maintain workstations and laptops.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot printers/copiers as well as manage toner requests.
• Install and configure peripherals including scanners, external drives, monitors and other peripheral hardware.
• Scheduling upgrades and collaborating with network architects on network optimization
• Know about configuration of routing and switching equipment
• Know the basic configuration of firewalls
• Aware of server 2012 R2 installations, Basic Back up knowledge
• Knowledge of major user software installation and troubleshooting as well as hardware and peripherals.
• Complete LAN/WAN Management, Deployment and troubleshooting.
• Experience with IP Telephony, Network Security, Disaster Recovery and Crisis Management is a plus
• Manage Cisco/Linksys/Dlink Switches.
• Administration of firewall, switches and routers.
• Maintain Physical connectivity LAN and Wireless Connectivity WAN.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Fiber Optic and Point to Point Wireless Link (P2P).
• Manage Network tasks including deployment/switching and Routers.
• Established Network Infrastructure including Network Layer, Access Layer, VTP, VVTP, and SVTP Domain. etc.

• Minimum Bachelors in Computer Science or BE in Computer system
• Must be CCNA certified.
• Configuration and implementation of VLAN and ACL on Routers and switches
• Basic firewall knowledge
• Basic knowledge of Avaya IP office
• Working knowledge of NVR, DVR.
• Basic knowledge of anti-viruses, and network threats.
• Hands on experience on windows server 2012, Linux Red Hat, Centos ,
• Managing AD backup scheduling
• Configuration of Active Directory, configure Users and group account Policies.
• Configuration of and assembling of Access control devices
• Basic computer hardware knowledge.
• Communication skills, fluent in English will be advantageous
• Good interpersonal and Communication skills
