Customer relationship management (Provide trouble shooting, technical support, Product Information to the customers)
Must be a Graduate with B.Com & BSC, along with Diploma in IT or certificate courses like CCNA, MCSE will be preferred (Must have knowledge of IP addressing & Basic computer Networking)
