Job Description

  • You will be working in between Evening & Night Shift.
  • Working at Technical Support Desk/CRM and resolving clients' issues through incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Working 9.5-hours (Scheduled) Shift 5 days a week.
  • Ensuring quality of Customer Service.
  • Any other task assigned by supervisor.

Job Specification

  • Candidate should be absolutely fluent in English having neutral or American accent.
  • Candidate should have two plus years of call center experience.
  • Good knowledge of Computer troubleshooting.
  • Candidate who is US/UK returned is a plus.
  • Preference will be given to IT/Business graduates.
  • Candidate should have ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of management and clients.
