Timely organize / arrange parent’s teacher meetings on monthly basis of the students and discuss the matters along with the student’s activity reports.
Resolving student complaints in timely manner to ensure the high level of student’s satisfaction.
Timely distribution of vouchers to the students and follow up, liaise with the students regarding fees recovery.
Coordinate and maintain student relationship with the teachers and other staff members if required and try to run the student interaction smoothly.
Maintain all kinds of forms, Leave forms, backup, transfer forms and these forms shall be completed as per the need of the students and also maintain break record of the student and the same is forward to Admission Officer.
Absentees and fees defaulter follow ups via phone calls or send the letter their respective address.
