Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with field IT support engineers in Europe and UK
  • Communicate with clients to get feedback, progress review and provide assistance
  • Reporting to the management
  • Emailing and voice communication with management, technical team and clients
  • Participate in training required to develop and maintain skills necessary to support end-users.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks, such as password resets, permission management, account creations, remote software installations, etc.
  • Technical knowledge of windows administration
  • Technical knowledge of hardware accessories used in Laptops and desktop machines.

Job Specification

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of windows platform and tools
  • Experience to use MS office365.
  • Good Interpersonal Skills and Relationship Management Skills.
  • Totally customer oriented and should be able to communicate with the clients in a clear and concise manner.
