FAE provides the diverse opportunity to work on several projects with major Banking & almost all Telecom operators currently working in Pakistan.

Currently FAE is in need of General Manager Operations for Non Telco specially for O&M of Generators.

Candidate should possess 10 Years of Experience with solid academic and professional background.

Handsome Package will be offered depending upon experience.

Responsible for Managing Operation & Maintenance of Genset sites all over Pakistan
Managing KPIs/SLAs for various clients
Responsible for client satisfaction & Managing Communication
Responsible for developing O&M agreed Process, Procedure, Template, Tools and Regulations etc
Responsible for managing significant incident & Client Relation Management
Strategic decisions on day to day issues escalated by clients
Performance management for long term plans for service delivery
Overall budget control on Cost control and performance against budget
Strategies to determine KQI/KPI/SLA Targets
Coordination & Meetings with Clients for routine issues & assuring quality and satisfaction.
Assisting new coming projects with MS perspective
In cooperation with Customer Management for develops program for network improvement
Monitors progress, provides financial control and ensures quality of project
Responsible for the routine monitoring of network operation & performance management in terms of SLA & KPI
