Visit dealers against an agreed plan and monitor dealers /ASM/ASO performance ensuring month wise/ annual targets for sales and collections are met as per company policy
Responsible to monitor display at dealer outlet and ensure that POS is being displayed/ distributed as per requirement
Responsible for a month wise / model wise/ color wise/dealer wise product wise sales plan for a given year and ensure in implementation through ASM’s/ ASO’s along with a collection plan made month wise and its implementation as per company policy.
To conduct trading area analysis, identify weak areas/ dealers and suggest corrective actions.
Explore new areas /territories for dealers network expansion and scrutinize in detail new applicant for credit worthiness
Provide proper feedback to head office on markets / competitors activities on monthly basis through an MRO
Forecast for quantities / model mix (All product)
Responsible for office administration and monitor expenses against variable cost budgeted.
