Senior Designer

Be completely responsible for the development of design themes and concepts, ensuring all assets are designed to the very highest company standard and within allocated budgets and timeframes.

• Take responsibility for your designs by overseeing and advising developers during the development process, with particular attention to consistency.

• Perform regular quality assurance checks to ensure the work is being carried out to the highest standards, giving appropriate design advice and highlighting areas of success and improvement.

• Mentor / supervise Junior Designers and support all members of the department with authoring tool issues or problems. • Attend and contribute during conference calls or face-to-face meetings with the client.

• Provide the Sales and Project Management team with support where required

Be educated - preferably to degree level or an equivalent qualification in design.

• Have 2-5 years experience in a commercial environment working in the design industry.

• Work effectively in all situations - completely unaided both within the design team and in collaboration with other departments.

• Have the ability to manage your time and prioritise your workload with confidence and efficiency.

• Demonstrate excellent communication and organisation skills.
