Developing and producing various corporate publications including; Brochures, Leaflets, Prospectus, Newsletters, Supplements, etc.
Preparing company press release and distributing them to related media as and when required. Also manage and update database of media contacts
Developing and maintaining good relations with electronic and print media personnel
Arranging photo shoots, documentary and TVC productions
Close follow up & coordination with agency regarding the routine maintenance, design and development of corporate websites.
Writing and proof reading of marketing materials: leaflets, posters, flyers and visiting cards.
Coordination in organizing corporate events like seminars, inauguration ceremonies, etc
Liaising with agency, designers and printers in the execution of different campaigns
Writing draft speeches and messages for company executives
To carry out, any other duties/activities as and when assigned by the Director Marketing or Sr. Marketing Manager.
Candidates must possess: knowledge of Marketing and Branding concepts, strong communication skills, ability to meet deadlines, go-getter attitude. Also, hands-on experience of graphic-designing applications would be an advantage.
