Job Description

  • Coordinating and multi-tasking job duties in a busy environment.
  • Have up to date information on Event Calendar
  • Providing excellent customer service as per hospitality industry standards.
  • Greeting guests as they enter the Meet & Greet Lounge.
  • Providing complete information about the packages and services to the clients.
  • Should maintain record of all customers database.
  • Perform any related duties and special projects as required
  • Update daily Task sheet and forward to the reporting authority at the completion of day.
  • Participate in in-house training programs
  • Should understand the requirement of the client and suggest services according to their requirements & budgets.
  • Align with Manager Client Relationship and deliver all tasks assigned by the Manager.
  • Follow up with client on regular basis until the query is materialized or resolved.
  • Maintain Call Log of client’s queries and attach with Daily Task Sheet.

  • Ability to work to strict deadlines and targets
  • Able to be not restricted by working hours
  • should have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A strong working knowledge of MS Office products
  • Guest service orientation and drive
  • Positive attitude and outgoing personality is essential
