BI Solution Delivery Consultant

You will employ your collaboration and contribute in software demonstrations, deployment and technical support to our global clients. Since, you’ll be working with world-class enterprises as your customers from around the world; your consultative mindset and relationship building skills combined with your communication skills will create a great blend to deliver a WOW customer experience.

When you are working with us, you will be:

Identifies current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements. Provides product or service, technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests.

Persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality and delivery.

Writing demo script and making User Guides/ Support material for qordata’s products/platforms.

Design, develop, test and implement dashboards and reports using BI tools (such as Spotfire, Tableau, qlikView etc.).

Working on after-sales support services and providing technical back up as required.

Arranging and carrying out product knowledge and feature capabilities training.

Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs.

Contributes to sales engineering effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed; providing information and commentary pertinent to deliberations; recommending options and courses of action; implementing directives.

You can get in, if you can prove that you:

Knowledge of BI (Database concepts for data fetching, SQL query writing).

Visual Analytics (Experience of designing reports, knowledge of data to visual mapping).

Experience/ knowledge of documenting the requirements and design specifications.

Virtual customer facing experience for Software demonstration and deployment.

Have a highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.

Setting up demo environment and taking through technical details of our solution in an easy to understand manner.

Great writing skills for Demo script writing and making User Guides/ Support material for qordata’s products/platforms.

Have strong analytical and organizing skills. Proficient in using Ms. Excel and Ms. PowerPoint.

Coordinate with clients directly and indirectly to resolve their technical issues.

Can adjusts quickly to changing priorities and conditions. Copes effectively with complexity and change.

Are a graduate in computer engineering or any relevant discipline
