To work closely with project managers, user interaction designers, and other software engineers to develop new product offerings and improve existing ones.
To lead all software development activities of company or its client.
To oversee the development team, manage the full life cycle of the process, monitor research, review codes and supervise any testing.
To take important decisions and make sure that those decisions are communicated, understood, and, ultimately, implemented.
To develop testing strategies and technologies to ensure bug free releases.
Specification
BS (Software Engineering/Computer Science) or a related field, or a significant experience.
3 to 5 years of experience to work as senior/mid level software engineer in good organization.
Preferably good expertise on Java/C++ programming.
High level of interest to work on famous mobile platform and web based applications.
Candidates with proven expertise in iOS development (preferred but not mandatory)
Excellent concepts of programming, strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ideal candidate is a person passionate in programming who is master of windows as well as linux based technology who can develop smart phone applications in native/cross platform.
