Job Description

RepairDesk (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Customer Relationship Executive. Apply by December 31, 2016.

CRE will engage in activities like:

  • Giving timely customer support on various channels (User Groups, Chats, Intercom, Email, Phone etc)
  • Provide training and demos to newly subscribed users
  • Tracking new sign up and ensure their conversion to paid subscribers
  • Schedule Demos for Sales Team and Business Development Executive
  • Follow up on paid sign ups to ensure customer retention
  • Track progress of customer reported issues, give updates and notify customers once issue is resolved

Job Specification

Requirements:

  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Applicants with prior experience in POS and ERP software will be given priority
  • Great marketing and selling skills with a strong command of IT knowledge
  • Ability to up-sell and cross-sell to existing customers
  • Applicant should have a Bachelors or Masters degree in business management, marketing or IT from a reputed educational institute
  • An enthusiastic, team player with the drive to learn, excel and helping others
