Job Description
Taking over complete social media management (primarily Facebook, Instagram & Twitter).
Organizing website photo shoots and actively taking part in their execution,assisting in other shoots.
Assist in managing the production of marketing materials, including billboards, cutouts, standees leaflets, posters, flyers etc. Coordinating with designers and printers. Arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials.
Assist in sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press - local, regional, national and publications - or on the radio, depending on the campaign.
Assist in contributing to and developing, marketing plans and strategies. Managing budgets.
Assist in all brand related activities including planning, advertising, public relations, event organization, social media, distribution and sponsorship.
Assist in educating the sales team on the brand, marketing campaigns, product knowledge and sales pitch. Also assist in making the relevant presentations.
Maintaining and updating customer databases in coordination with IT.
Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships.
Be a part of brain storming sessions.
Organize products for various purposes whenever required.
Maintaining contracts, memos, and other brand documents.
Maintain creative departments inventory e.g giveaways, letters etc.
If requested, participate and attend seminars, external meetings, project meetings, meetings related to the Sales & Marketing of the brand and improve the brand image.
Interacts with clients, guests, suppliers and other important individuals whenever it is required.
Job Specification
BBA (Marketing) from top business school.
Good Coomunication Skills( Writen & Verbal both)
Redular & Punctual
Good Interpersonal Skills.
Profecient in MS Office
Well Organized individual with can do attitude
