- Visit to Panel Hospital across Lahore and other cities like Multan,Gujranwala etc and evaluation and preventing leakages.Genuineness of admission

- Coordinate with hospitals and keep strong working relations with them

- Respond to customer calls at call center and ensure best custoner services

- Review medical cases and documents and present analysis of the same

- Assist with adjudication of claims and pre-authorisation of requests for treatment in accordance with policy

- Understanding of diseases, treatment and related medical terminologies
- Good communication skills
- Can work under pressure
