Primary Tasks:
Take part in sourcing candidates that match the desired skills and recruitment
Actively take part in implementing HR policies and procedures
Process staff information and update the HR database system
Review and maintain HR KPIs
Be accessible and respond to manager and staff enquiries in a timely manner
Provide general departmental administrative assistance to HR
Assist in writing job descriptions
Monitor staff attendance and enquire in case of issues
Provide basic counseling to staff who have performance related obstacles
Provide recommendations on corrective actions in case of HR issues
