Job Description

IT Serv Group is looking for TSR involves building and maintaining our sales prospects database.

The role involves obtaining and expanding contact details for potential clients and verifying contact information of existing clients.

TSR are required to work closely with the Marketing and Sale Teams to deliver product specific research.

• Proficient, articulate with well accented
• Excellent English communication. (USA/UK Accent will be plus).
• A confident and clear telephone manner Can do attitude and strong work ethic
• Primary knowledge of using computers and the internet research is mandatory Spelling, accuracy and attention to detail Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized
• Punctuality and Being on time is requisite
• Prior experience in Database research/Data Entry/Call Center experience will be highly regarded.
